The Yongin Singal-dong Officetel project is an innovative example demonstrating how highly competitive M4SYS's DfMA (modular) method can be in urban sites with high population density and traffic volume. Due to narrow roads and adjacent commercial areas, frequent civil complaints and traffic congestion were inevitable with conventional wet construction. However, by rapidly bringing in and assembling units that were over 80% pre-fabricated in the factory, we perfectly resolved the risks of on-site construction in the city center.

This successful real estate project applied a floor noise reduction design, high-efficiency vacuum insulation system, and modern interior as standard for each unit, enhancing residential satisfaction and establishing itself as a new landmark in the area.
