The construction of the foreign worker housing for the Hoengseong Nonghyup is an excellent case study of swiftly resolving urgent housing issues for the workforce in rural areas using M4SYS's modular technology. Considering site conditions where the supply of materials and construction personnel is more difficult than in urban areas, we truly demonstrated the value of the DfMA method by completing most of the entire process in the factory and performing only minimal assembly on site.

In particular, to cope with the distinct seasonal changes and temperature differences of rural areas, high-airtightness, high-insulation panels and high-efficiency heating systems were applied. This provides workers with the best possible warm and comfortable resting space after a hard day's work. Beyond a simple accommodation construction, it has become an outstanding standard model of sustainable modular architecture that helps the stable workforce operation of rural communities.
