The Ganghwa-gun Sinmun-ri Public Housing project is a prime example of public rental housing built quickly and to a high standard of completion by introducing M4SYS's cutting-edge DfMA (modular) method for local residential stability. To overcome the geographical limitations of outskirt areas where securing on-site construction manpower and materials is relatively difficult, we adopted a method in which over 80% of the entire process was precisely pre-fabricated in our smart factory, then transported and assembled on-site.

By drastically reducing the construction period compared to conventional wet methods, we realized swift residential stability for local residents. Furthermore, excellent insulation and floor noise blocking designs were applied as standard for the comfortable living of residents. It is a successful public architectural model that gained favorable responses from neighbors through an eco-friendly process that minimized on-site waste generation.
