The Bathroom POD LAB TEST is M4SYS's core R&D project designed to perfectly verify the bathroom facilities and waterproofing systems, which require the highest level of technological prowess in modular construction. To convert the wet processes—which cause the most defects (leaks, tile detachment, etc.) in conventional construction sites—into a 100% dry and pre-fabricated (DfMA) method within the factory, we produced numerous prototypes and conducted tests under severe conditions.

Based on precise 3D BIM design, everything from plumbing, electrical work, tiling, to sanitary ware setting is completed entirely in the factory. On-site, we implemented a 'Plug-In' method where only the main plumbing needs to be connected. M4SYS's flawless bathroom POD system, proven through this LAB TEST, not only dramatically shortens the on-site construction period but also proves our unrivaled quality control capability challenging a zero defect rate.
