Located in Sanul-dong, Sejong City, the Happy Housing project is an innovative public residential complex development applying M4SYS's cutting-edge modular (DfMA) construction method. By pre-fabricating (Off-site Construction) over 80% of the entire process in the factory and bringing it to the site for assembly, we drastically shortened the construction period compared to conventional wet methods while maximizing the uniformity of construction quality.

In particular, we realized an eco-friendly construction that fundamentally blocked civil complaints from local residents by minimizing construction waste, noise, and dust generated on-site. The standardized, high-quality modular units provide residents with excellent thermal and sound insulation performance, setting a new standard for sustainable future residential architecture in this successful project.
