The construction of the modular accommodation at the Pohang Educational Facility is a representative project demonstrating how efficiently M4SYS's DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) method can be applied to expand corporate B2B facilities. Given the nature of corporate training centers and employee accommodations, rapid and stable space supply was essential. We perfectly controlled the uncertainties of on-site construction through precise factory manufacturing based on 3D BIM design.

In particular, to prevent damage to the natural environment of the site, civil engineering works and unit manufacturing were conducted simultaneously in a two-track process, achieving an ultra-short construction period impossible with conventional building methods. The completed rooms feature hotel-grade interior and exterior materials along with inter-floor noise reduction technology, resulting in a premium modular building that provides the utmost comfort and relaxation for its occupants.
